The consignee should issued a valid identity card of the original.(The valid documentations including   identity card, household register, police ID, certificate of officers, civilian cadres card, valid passport and home-visit permit.)

    If consignee entrust his agent to pick up goods, the agent shall present both his and the consignee’s  valid identity cards of the original. When the consignee’s name is a company, the agent shall present       introduction letter of the unit, letter of entrustment and valid identity cards of the original.

    General freight will keep for free for only three days after notification of arrival, if over the duration will     charge storage fee according to the relevant provisions of the civil aviation administration.

    Perishable fresh, frozen goods, animals and other goods, after arrival will keep for free in 6 hours, if    over the duration will charge storage fee according to weight of the goods.

    Precious belongings will keep for free until 00:00 on that day, if over the duration will charge storage     fee according to weight of the goods.

    After the consignee accomplished pick up procedure at pick up counter, shall go to storeroom to pick  up goods.
